If he was hit with a .50 cal, the only thing left of his head would probably be his jaw.

It was probably a 7.62x54r round as those militaries use mostly russian surplus. In any case, the guy had his head taken off, and the guy on the far side was also hit with the bullet or bullet fragments. One shot killed one man outright and at the very least left the other combat ineffective with two guys dragging him away. very tactical, much skill.

I've been following this story for a few days. Both sides are wrong, so either way, nobody wins.

The hick rancher inherited his land from his racist imperialist fuck ancestors who killed the natives who were already living there and then he thinks he has right to it? The fact that he's going to get popped full of lead and have his land forcibly taken from him is fitting to say the least.

On the other side, there's also a government agency willing to kill someone over the deluded idea that humans can own pieces of land. I entirely oppose the concept of private property, so the government, specifically the Bureau of Land Management are also the bad guys.

The one thing the government has going for it is that the land is intended to be a sanctuary of sorts for desert tortoises, and I am a man who likes his tortoises. So the best I can hope for is that the rancher kills as any feds as possible before being riddled with bullets.

On top of that, your name pisses me off. You're not a militia, you're just Rednecks with guns. Militias were citizens who were armed to be called upon by local governments to keep order. That's a job that is done now by the local National Guard, which is part of the U.S. Military. Citizen militias are extinct.

Probably has more to do with the fact that he's a cheap asshole who isn't paying to use the land that is heavily subsidized for his use by the government and taxpayers.

Those ranchers sold the land. They didn't just "take" it. No one has a problem so long as he pays. Which he refuses to do because he is an entitled prick.

You guys realize the government owns almsot 90% of Nevada's land right? Is Nevada a state or a Territory? Think this through.
