It's a map showing where average american's think the ukraine is located. Each dot obviously being a person's guess.

Well, to be fair, when I was in school, they called that whole region the Soviet Union.. who knew where Ukraine was? Well, up until Chernobyl exploded anyways? I mean, there's a reason they call countries 'nation-states'. Ask someone from Ukraine where Indiana is, and get back to me.

I live in New Jersey, which is a fly-speck of a colonial state, and there's over a thousand towns here! This is only a partial list! I've heard of Bernardsville, but can only guess if it's to the North of South of me..... as long as you can find your way home.
