I would say that this was a horrible crime, but looking at the video, it doesn't seem like that bad of an attack, especially coming from a bunch of drunks. Then again, in a place where they have got no real future, they might think that something like this is a good way to pass the time.

This is true. Obviously, it wasn't very nice to pick up an subsequently swing around an old woman and it should not go unpunished, but at least they weren't pulling some shit that could have had real consequences.
