Using your logic, if I needed something, and you have it, I could personally murder you for it. You are stating that this would be a proper defense for court. Because wars have to be justified to the UN before they are carried out, and the actions in that war have to be justified under the UN charter and have to fall within geneva convention rules. How about we leave all this negative bullshit behind us and solve why people act stupid and do things they shouldn't. Nobody is born with shit genes that make them stupid (other than neurological conditions which render you mentally incapacitated.) If children are raised in a supportive environment where learning is met with love and care, there won't be such things as stupidity.

People are irrational and stupid because they are raised to meet that criteria. What good would killing disabled people do? It's still fucking murder. Whether they can contribute to society or not, we're better than to leave them behind. We have to value human life here, people.
