Sounds like a new type of superhero. Must be using a new type of super style, no clothes to limit his physical abilities.
Now make him a dark hero like Batman or some other stay in shadows person and then you got a really scary good guy. Naked-Man, leaping from the shadows to T-bag his foes and protect the innocent with his bare ass!
