I've got a few projects in the developmental pipeline and since this is my first real foray with an animation project, I was hoping to get some advice and enlightenment.
On average, how much would an animator charge for an 8-10 minute cartoon?
What all does hiring an animator (here on Newgrounds) consist of? Meaning, would I need to find a secondary sound person for sound effects, ect. or do animators do sound too?
