I'm using Flash CS6 and what I'm trying to do is make it so that all my symbols on the timeline always have their starting frame equal to the current frame on the timeline, even if you drag them to a new frame on the master timeline. I thought maybe there would be a simple Actionscript that could address this? The reason I'm dragging these frames around is because I've applied position and rotation (classic) tweens to them, and want to retain those properties but change the timing (without having to re-enter the starting frame by hand on every displaced frame).
