get info from a deleated forum

hey today i was going to anouther forum i like that had a thread page that had a ton of info about about one of my fave anime info that is no where else on the net, only to find that the site completly removed its forum section not just the thread its ENTIRE forum. so does anyone know of a way to get the old info from the deleated thread like cache data or something. it was deleated recently like late last year early this year so i was thinking the data might still exist or maybe someone knows of a place where an image of the thread page exists or an archive of this type of stuff i also still have a the web address of the specific thread if thats needed the deleated threads exact address is http://www.pikaflash.com/foros/showthread.php?t=142592 also i used google translate on it would if that would help.
