I'm looking for someone with a strong voice (maybe not a voice "actor" then...) to read part of the US Declaration of Independence for a song. (And probably for parts in other songs as well.)

I'm imagining someone like Brer Rabbit from Flobots (like his parts in "We Are Winning"), but I'm open to other kinds of voices as well.
