I think the term ebophilia or whatever is not even really a philia. That is just biologically normal for a species to be attracted to females who are of breeding age. I seen this thing where they put electrodes on guys dicks and 15 is the age dudes most respond to. It's just you know, a cultural thing where we say that is too young. Just sayin'.

That sounds fair but the jail sentences for having sex with fifteen years old are really steep.

I don't think consent is really present before 22, when the pre-frontal cortex, the decision making center of the brain, is fully developed.

Think of it this way. In our law, a 13 year old cannot give consent. But if a 13 year old boy was propositioned by woman to have sex, what do you think he'd say? "YES! YES! YES!!!"

And the same goes for girls, to an exponentially lesser extent, though, but the drive is still there none the less.

It's a difficult topic to talk about, without running the risk of being taken out of context.

I think people who are a danger to others need to be kept away from harming them, be it mental hospitals or prison.

The mentally ill need help, the criminals need imprisonment or rehabilitation. I don't think that anyone has an excuse for harming an innocent child, regardless of their mental condition. This stuff goes on too much and it scars some people for life. It's hard to think of a more hateful crime you could commit on another human being.
