Sounds like the logical explanation.

For human being going that fast, it's practically impossible unless you're driving a car or riding a bike. Nice try kid, I seriously doubt your PE teacher can be that unreasonable.
Just lose weight and he'll shut up.

8 miles per hour for a mile is actually incredibly easy if you're even a tiny bit in shape
Except he didn't post 6 miles her hour for a mile in his initial post, never mind that he also said non-stop which can exhaust your body unless you're in a good shape.
Remember, walking mile is approx. 20 minutes, one will have to slow down to a jog at a certain point in order to keep up depending on the shape the person's in.

I seriously can't tell if you're trolling or not, but really 6 mph is not fucking fast at all. To give you an idea, average human walking speed is 3.1 mph. It's only twice of what a normal walking pace is.
In fact I'd say that if you can't run at least a 10 minute mile then you're abysmally out of shape.

Your figures are way off the mark.
Usain Bolt actually averages around 27 MPH over 100 metres not 6 MHP.
A Marathon runner covers 26 miles (approx) in 2 hours (approx) which averages out to 13 MPH (approx). So his PE teacher isn't asking too much for him to run less than half the pace of a Marathon runner for 1 single solitary mile.

He said non-stop, not going to be easy to maintain if one is out of shape.
Granted I did missed out on running around the mile part, still, with the shape he's in, that doesn't sound too reasonable. Either way, I find it justified anyway since the OP will need to shed a few pounds for his sake.

Okay.
Usain Bolt is a freak of nature so the comparison is too over the top.

LOL! So true. Take into account though that I'm around the same weight as OP and I'm 46 years old and I have a broken back. Even I can still run 1 mile.

Agreed, though I doubt that it'd be impossible if he put in some effort. What's funny to me is that I get the feeling that the OP was trying to exaggerate, and the numbers he used to do so really aren't fast at all.

it is impossible to run at 6 miles per hour.
because it is called jogging.

I honestly think he simply doesn't want to move.
If anything, he probably spend time slacking off on PE class and the teacher caught him.

Just say you don't want to do PE anymore (unless you want to carry on workin' out), it worked for me.

Tie a piece of bacon to a stick and hold the other end of the stick with your mouth, guarantee you'll run as fast as you can for that bacon, fucking fatass.
Pretend not to care about anything, but be bothered by everything.
You may be fast on the roads but it's no use on the track.

I bet if there was some pussy at the other end you could run that mile, fat body.

Unless you're 6'5", it's smart not to run. Your knees would suffer a lot of damage
How you will be able to run a mile is to get your fat ass on a treadmill and run 6 miles an hour.

Stop taking that 6 miles per hour part seriously. I was just saying I can't run as fast as skinny people.

If my cat was at the end of the mile, I would run the whole thing, and eat her. I hate my fucking pussy.

The cake is a liar!
Maybe your PE teacher hates you, because you're 240 lbs and he/she is just trying to help you by making you exercise continuously to shed those pounds.
Either that or your PE teacher is one of those arrogant people who despise anyone who isn't as "fit" as them.
Just chillin' like always.
