So there was this pretty big thing that occurred a sorta long time ago, involving a company printing stuff from NG (and offering a rebuttal such as "lay off the drugs")

Now that the store's closing, what say we turn our backs on this event and offer a "partnership" wherein we'll promise not to claim infringements if they give us a 50/50 cut of the tees.

Why not just make the tshirt prints publicly available so people can have them custom made if they so choose to do so? Seems easier than setting up a partnership with Faded, who sell some of the shittiest products on the market.

Are the designs still being sold? Can't find them in a shop. I'd think there are plenty of other places with better partnership potential and no history of idea thievery tho.

Essentially this, even though I suspect you're being sarcastic.

And given the price of the t-shirts ($22?) it might be (somewhat awfully) justified considering "collector's editions" may go for higher.

Kind of an awesome idea. Sort of like outsourcing only without any risk of losing capital. Plus NG could potentially establish a license that says they can decide to revoke selling rights whenevs... If they ever do open another store or something...

Besides - with the NG store gone, who else will supply us with our stuff and things?
