I heard that on a few occasions, Batman actually beat Superman, I don't know how, probably just used kryptonite. He could probably use his smarts to outwit a superhuman not as strong as him, like Spiderman. I mean, come on, Spider-Man's not that smart, he made a deal with the devil after all, lol.

Still doesn't change the fact that he has spider senses and can dodge damn near anything. Even if Batman could find a way to get past his web powers, he still wouldn't be able to land a punch on him.
