Im Mohamed new in the forum but little older in the site im starting my way to be an artist im hounered to be among all of you fine artists hope to improve and be good enough to do fine stuff enjoy you guys,
i have a silly question here how i can scout an artists here ?

Welcome to the art forum!
When you look at a submission by an artist that is not scouted yet, there is a link to the left reading "Scout this user" usually. If he doesn't have at least 4 public submissions though, it will say "Needs 4 pics to be scouted" and you can only "recommend" him for the portal which increases his chances of being found by other artists on the list of most recommended users later, once he submitted enough art.
