honestly, i think people who fuss about "PC GONE MAD!!1!" are the bigger whiners. about 97-99% of the time, whenever I hear someone complain about political correctness, it turns out that they're just some whiny jerk who can't stand the fact that they can't bully other people without being called out on it. some may even start shrieking about how they're "being silenced" and how "you're the intolerant one for not tolerating my intolerance!" and cry "BUT BUT MUH FIRST AMENDMENT RITES," as if they believe that the First Amendment protects them from any and all criticism from other people.

now i'm not saying that the 1-3% doesn't happen, it does, i've seen it, and it's not just liberals that pull that shit, but i just think that the whole "PC gone mad" thing is way overblown.
