he died in a car accident a while back

He was sectioned (not arrested) for the making of child abuse imagery.

His behavior was already in question when he made animated child porn. However when it turned out the character in his film was an animated version of himself (his photo is exactly the same), the Finland authorities seized and scoured his home. What they found there wasn't reported.

What made it worse was that he was a school teacher. And he had a fascination with school violence.
