What's the minimum amount of revenue that you need to make in order for Newgrounds to actually pay you? Last I heard, it was $50, but I crossed that a while back and haven't gotten paid. Did they bump it up to $100?

Per ad view and per ad click. One view or click isn't enough to earn you a penny, so they show you earnings per thousand (eCPM = effective cost per mille), and I believe ng combines views and clicks in what they show you.
