1. I'm pretty lightweight at 125 lbs
2. Being a drummer, my strength is concentrated mostly in my upper body
The only exercise I can really even do is crunches. Can get maybe 30 before collapsing, used to be able to do over 50. I'd be lucky to get 5 pushups, I can't even do a chinup, I can't run even half a mile, swimming is very painful very quickly, and I can't even bench 100lbs. Yeah, I'm extremely unfit, but I don't really care.

Sadly, about the only exercise I am good at is walking. I have lower back pain, so it hurts to do many of the exercises I used to do, which is sad as I am only 26.
Any leg exercise I'm good at.
Every day is leg day for me.

I'm a long distance runner. Usually run a marathon in the springtime.
I don't stress too much over anything else because lifting and carrying things in everyday life is never too hard.

I can swim alright, I've done Kickboxing in the past.
Also the morning and afternoon walks to and from school are quite nice.

Defining strong are very vague. You could say those weight lifting guys as strong, which is how Insanctuary defined. The way I put the "strong" definition is how well you can perform your power. As I put it, I don't have the muscle that you guys all imagined you have, but I could perform my endurance of power up to the extreme point.

I have never been good at abdomniable exercises, but I do ride my bike. I actually have gone to the gym and found I have a talent for using my legs. Of course, legs by their very nature are stronger than arms because they support your entire body.

Hammer curls, tricep extensions, leg press.
I weigh 120 and I can leg press 450. That's pretty fucking good if you ask me.
