Justin Bieber's arrest clearly shouldn't have been "breaking" news, the interview was live and should have continued, they could have still addressed Bieber but after the NSA conversation which was far more important, and I'd like to think that other viewers would think the same thing.

Remember you don't have to watch any media at all, you have choice as to what you want to watch and you can most certainly make your own media if you so choose. The government is not responsible for what you do or do not watch.

Scientist according to this, this, and this are all sources that support the idea that the Earth can effectively hold up to 10 billion, possibly more people. America has 313.9 million people in it according to the United States Census Bureau. India has 1.237 billion and is the size of 1.2 million square miles while America is about 3.8 million square miles according to findthedata.org. I see little if any evidence or statistics supporting your claim that America is limiting its population size.
