Looking for a intro for youtube

I'm looking for someone to make a intro for my youtube video's. I do monetized my video's but i will give full credit to the artist. I'm a poor pizza maker but i will pay if i need to but even if i do pay i will be putting a link to your newegg channel or youtube or both if you got them :) now for the idea for the intro that i want :)

A zombie throws a pokeball when the pokemon comes out it's all zombie looking (thinking missing jaw, missing skin maybe a arm falls off something like that) it's stands their breathing for a sec or two then goes to a screen that say Battle Begin or something like that.
