Not showing up in the audio portal

I posted an audio file. It's not showing up in the audio portal or the unscouted section and it's not getting votes of any sort.

What's the process for this? How can I get scouted if I'm in neither? Was there an error? Or does it take awhile to show up?

Just looking for clarification.

and get "ERROR — You do not have permission to view this plage."

Ah.

Ok, ok, I understand. The list I was looking at (http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/browse/artists/unscouted/genre/voice-acting) doesn't have anything on it more recent than 2012. So it's an artifact of the old approval system which is why I wasn't showing up.... and the new system I can't access because I haven't been scouted. Makes sense now.
