So, I was watching jontron videos recently because I was bored and I had never really watched his channel. I then got to his video titled "drunk gaming the castlevania adventure" and I notice about 50 sec in, a song that I made started playing. At first I was like oh cool jontron used a song of mine! But then I saw that he didn't credit me at all. It just upsets me because everybody else who used my songs credited me, mostly flash animations and youtube videos with little views/likes which is fine not like I'm some big shot. But the only person I've come across who didn't credit my work is a guy who gets millions of views/likes on his videos. That just pisses me off a little bit.
I mean my music ain't nothin special, but its still my music.
If you have any advice on the situation id be glad to read it.

Send him a message saying you want your due credit. If he doesn't give it to you, file a copyright claim against him, that'll change his mind real fast... Cause copyright claims can, and will, get his account deleted if he keeps it up.
This is the downside to being a musician, music is much more difficult to track than pictures, and everyone seems to think all music is free for anyone to use any way they wish without crediting the original author. At least with images, you can reverse search in google to eventually find the original artist... You can't really do that with audio... So people like to think they can get away with using it however they please.

Actually I'd try and contact him first. Go through his site, not just through youtube, you're more likely to get a reply.
As for the issue itself, I don't think it's intentional, or I'd at least give him the benefit of the doubt. I've worked with Youtubers a lot (videos toting 500k views + etc with 100k+ subs) and I consistently have to remind them to add that line in the description, "With music by MetalRenard http://..." and they immediately correct it, often acting embarrassed that they forgot.
You may be able to seize this opportunity by acting humble and friendly because who knows? Maybe he'll find he likes your other stuff and likes YOU if you're nice about the whole thing. Technically he should pay you for the music too, to be fair, but that's another matter.
So... Give him a few chances and about a week to reply and if nothing happens THAT is when you take action.

Actually I did send him a msg a while back about it. I forget what site it was on but it wasn't youtube, no response but yeah I should prolly try sending a msg on every other site he has.

That's not even the problem though, the guy is WAY out of line by using any media that's not properly licensed for his application (which certainly does not fall within the constraints of the "click-wrap" style licensing that newgrounds blankets over submissions to this site).
Especially as he's garnering millions of views, that's shady. He needs to have actually paid you for a license to use that song if his station is that popular. Honestly, you could probably get his video removed in lieu of this, not saying you should do that but youtube will take it down if the music isn't licensed properly, that's a big no-no.

Well from my knowledge, he has every right to use your song because you uploaded it to newgrounds licensed under CC, except for the fact that he didn't credit you. As soon as he credits you it's all fair game.

He's not following the CC License at all... in fact, what he's doing could land him in court if the OP was angry enough about it... I wouldn't recommend that though... that's kind of extreme, and you'd probably pay more for a lawyer than you'd get back anyways.

Hopefully he will respond nicely and be understanding, I'm sure that he won't get any of my messages tho what with fan mail and all. But I mean its one of his older videos so, maybe he overlooked the fact and put it out of mind idk. Whatever just got to get in contact with him I guess.
