My game not loading for all on NG?

Yesterday I published my game Number Avalanche on NG:

After publishing I noticed that I had done a mistake with the API integration that caused the preloader to not work properly. I updated the game and now it's working fine for me (tested on a couple of different computers and browsers), but many are reporting that the game isn't loading.

So please, can you try the link and just tell me, if the game loads for you? Thanks!

And also, I'd be grateful if you have any ideas as to why it's not loading for some!

Alright. Thanks for the screenshot! This gives me some hint on what could be going on. I might have seen that happen myself too, just not usually.

That is not exactly how the problem was earlier though. Earlier it was actually just the fact that it wasn't working as a preloader: you had to watch a white screen until the game had loaded almost fully.

It is working fine for me in Chrome and in IE where ads are allowed. (not signed in)

It is working fine for me when using Chrome and I am signed in, and that's even with the ads "blocked" by newgrounds because I am a supporter.

So I'm with you, it's a plugin or adblock of some sort. (I must have a pop up blocker on somewhere.) That's 3 times I have tried it and it has worked, it is not your fault.

If people leave abusive reviews, just flag them and we will be able to remove them. Maybe put a note in your instructions that people using adblock/pop up blockers or different plug ins may have trouble.

Good to know! Being a paid supporter and not being shown ads probably doesn't apply to external advertisers like Mochi though? Kongregate disables Mochi ads, but that's only because they have a partnership.

Any way, I now made a small update that could address the loading problem if it's related to the ads. Could you still try again, if that made a difference? Thanks for the help!

Ah thanks! You apparently sent another reply in the meanwhile. It could be that it was now working for you because I had just uploaded a new update.

Oh and great! I didn't know I could do that with reviews. I've always thought it's pretty unfair when you get 0 scores for just having some technical problems, but I thought that's something one would just have to deal with. Review scores will have suffered any way though. :/

It's still not working on firefox(for me), but it's still working fine everywhere else.

Hmm, alright! Good to know! I asked a friend and he actually said the same: it's working otherwise, but not with Firefox (Mac in this case though). For me, it's working also on Firefox though. I added an instruction to use some other browser in case of loading problems.
