Hiring an animator

I'm looking to hire an animator. Few requirements:
-You must be very experienced, preferably over 3 years of experience animating
-Have Skype and be online at least once a week
-Be capable of working with a deadline, it's not very strict(almost a year) though

Looking for an animation of 3 minutes, proper quality, for a music track.

You'll be paid about 160 euro flat + a percentage of the money the album makes. If interested add me on Skype 'comocat', lots to discuss.
