Do you stay hydrated, Newgrounds? How do you, and what benefits do you receive? Cold water, or room temperature? You're supposed to drink at least 8 cups of water per day!
I have a large clear plastic cup that egg drop soup came in, I got it from my local chinese food joint. It holds 4.5 cups of water, so I know if I empty it twice, I have sufficient hydration. My family has one of those huge water cooler tanks that we fill every week or so. I pee a lot, but I find that drinking a lot of water, especially before bed, helps me feel more rested when I sleep. I also feel more energized, and healthy. On days when I don't get enough water, like today, my hands feel dry and I just feel... off. I started drinking water when I started getting into weightlifting, but I continue to do so because of the health benefits, plus it's just plain good. I love to get my first drink of water for the day, it makes me feel better instantly.

The 8 cups a day thing is bullshit. You get plenty of water from the food you eat.

Damn, that's handy. I think I'll figure out how much water some large container I own holds and start doing that, every little thing to keep yourself healthy, ya know?

Nope. I'm dehydrated 24/7/365
....I'm obviously kidding because if I weren't I'd be dead right now.
How do you, and what benefits do you receive?
How do I what? Get hydrated? I drink stuff. I don't know what benefits I receive from drinking.
Cold water, or room temperature?
Depends on my mood.

Well I don't.

That's kick ass! I've got a drinking horn but it doesn't hold as much water as I need, and you can't put it down, so I reserve it for alcohol.

I typically have a glass of milk in the morning and then at work I've been drinking anything from 500ml - 1.5L of water during the day. Then I'll probably have about 4 more glasses of milk/water/Pepsi between getting home and going to bed.
If I don't drink enough water during the day, I do notice it. I generally find I get headaches a lot easier if I've not had as much to drink as I usually do. Back when I was in highschool I also used to occasionally suffer from pretty bad migraines. I think now I'd attribute that to not drinking enough water during the day.
Don't forget to drink your water, kids!

Well....I guess being alive would be a benefit from staying hydrated now that I think about it.

By 'cordial' I mean this non-alcoholic drink, I realise it means something different for Americans
"In parts of the United States, liqueurs may also be called cordials or schnapps, while in large parts of the British Commonwealth, cordial means a concentrated non-alcoholic fruit syrup that is diluted to taste and consumed as a non-carbonated soft drink"

Dude, have you been really dehydrated before? It sucks. It's happened to me many times from drinking. My hands get stuck almost clenched in a fist and my forearms ache. It's weird.
Anyway, I don't often drink water, but I drink a lot of seltzer and Gatorade. I go through whole cases of seltzer and bulk packs of Gatorade every week.

Yes. I live in Florida, it's very easy for it to happen if you aren't careful. I once even had heat stroke in gym class in sixth grade [we were outside]. I fortunately don't get too dehydrated from drinking, never get hangovers, either.

I frickin HATE Gatorade. It doesn't hydrate me at all, actually makes me more thirsty, and makes my mouth all dry and my breath smell. :(

I don't keep myself that hydrated, I tend not to drink that much tbh despite knowing I should. If you are thirsty then you are dehydrated afterall.

I've gotten used to drinking unbearable amounts of water for sports, and now I'm always super hydrated.
I have a full bottle of water when I wake up, a full bottle around when I eat dinner, a full bottle before I go to bed, and fill in the gaps with the ones I drink while just doing stuff. I'm never really not drinking water.

I usually drink about two bottles of water a day. Also, not everybody needs eight cups of water per day. Everybody has a different body so it varies.

Really? I love it. I find it very refreshing. I don't care for the green one, though. Propel is good, too. Bad breath? What?

Oh god, I know exactly what you're talking about. It's why I almost never drink Gatorade anymore.

Where the hell are you guys getting Gatorade that makes your breath smell? Check if the bottle has been opened before you drink it.

Eh, I think it's cos it dries my mouth out a fuckton, soda does it too to an extent. Doesn't it have a shitload of salt?

I think it does. And yeah, soda sometimes makes my mouth dry, too. I had a bit of Diet Coke earlier (I don't even like that stuff, but it was there) and my mouth got a bit dry after.

Holy shit! I already piss a lot, I don't know if I'd even bother leaving the bathroom if I drank that much water.
