No sound in uploaded video?

Hi,
I recently wanted to upload a video to Newgrounds, but when it was fully loaded and ready to publish, I watched the preview and it had no sound. I've tried uploading the file (.mp4) again but it was no use; again no sound. I couldn't find similar problems so I opened up a new topic.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

A friend of mine had the same problem in the past. Contact Tom or other Mods for support and advice. Try converting the file to mov. or wmv. Hope this helps :)
