Need An Animator For Music Video

Hey everyone, I am an upcoming hip-hop artist looking to make an animated music video. For those of you who are familiar with hip-hop, my song I'm looking to make the video for features famous rap artists Hopsin and Kid Cudi. The song is currently unreleased; will be released once I have a video for it. The problem is that all 3 of us cannot meet up to shoot the video, so I decided I would make an animated one. Only problem is that I have never done this before. I have adobe after effects, but I just couldn't get the hang of putting movement to my characters. I was suggested to come to this site to see if anyone would be willing to help me out.

Currently: I have the different characters already drawn out and made, have their mouths drawn out for the different letter sounds, and have some backgrounds made as well. I also have the song completed.

What I need: Someone who knows how to take the mouths I made and put them on my characters to make it look like they are rapping/singing the lyrics. Also adding other motions such as arm movements and walking and any other animation that will look good would make it even better!

I have an extremely tight budget, so if anybody would be willing to do this for free, that would be greatly appreciated. If it is someone who knows how to do some more advanced animation to make it REALLY look good, I may be able to send some cash your way. This is going to be the official music video, so the more professional it looks, the better. However, even just the simple animation of syncing their mouths to the lyrics with an occasional arm gesture will be accepted if that is all your ability. I have a kind of concept idea of how I was wanting the video to look, so if I have any offers that I choose to do this, I will explain it to them in more detail, send them the characters I made, etc.
