I think I have that "service", stalking my ass that is, turned off. But I doubt this stops them from keeping a small folder about that account.

Hmm, just gives me a lot of links to stuff related to history, with 'Google's Web History' at the top of the list. I'm logged in all the time so I probably have some setting disabled.
