Sibelius Sound Sets For Ewql-help!

Hey there,
i have purchased the sibelius 7 software and also purchased some of the sound sets for the EWQL stuff (Strungs, Brass, Pianos). I also followed the install / copy-paste instructions of the documentation file. The problem: I cant hear any sound. Is there anyone who has got some experience with this soundsets and can tell me what i am doing wrong / how i can make these soundsets running?

I would also be very interested in knowing the answer, for I've tried for the past 4 months to get it working to no avail.

Hm ... looks we are the very only ones who try to deal with notation :D I am completing the demo-training units right now. After that i will contact the SSP support ... they shell get it running or i will become very, vErY AnGrY!!!! :D

I'm pretty sure you must of watched this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6zCEANXzNxA (You said you already looked into the manual so I guess you might of tried this)
If you haven't then it might help, I don't use EW with Sibelius, I just use the default sounds xD
