Upload caching and user pages

Just thought I'd post an update about this - if you change a piece of uploaded content, for now the changes will take up to 30 minutes to show. We will be working to make this instant early next week. This may affect things like profile image and stuff as well. Don't bother flushing your browser caches more than once because that won't work.

The user page DNS issue is still being investigated. I'll post an update when that's fixed.

Post here or PM me if you see any other weird issues with the site. Hopefully the main thing most of you are noticing is how much faster the site is. For those of us on Verizon FIOS, it's a night and day difference for the better!

While you are at it make it so that when replacing an SWF files in projects that it remembers the dimensions so we don't have to enter it every time we make an update.
