I'm an animator making short comedic animation right now. I write, voice, animate, and edit all of my stuff but I'm just terrible with drawing anything worth a damn. So, I'm looking for someone to help draw assets, backgrounds, and characters. My style of animation is a little strange and a little experimental right now, but basically I take a drawn characters in layers and manipulate like in cutout animation but make it a lot more fluid and less like a cutout character. I'll link my Youtubes if you are interested in seeing what I'm talking about.
Right now this would be free because I'm not making any money of my videos as of right now, but I'd like to turn this into my full time job. I'd also like to collaborate with someone reliable and dedicated because I do treat my videos like a job. So if you like my comedy or animation style and think we could collaborate send me a message.

no one will help you just do it yourself . you will never get anything done if you have waited for someone to do these things for you because most people don't waste their time for someone without a benefit to themselves!
if you really insist on getting these things ready just google them you can find thousands of ready puppets you could even use AnimateGo if you really don't want to search in google for puppets.
I think the only one of those you'll have any luck finding are background artists. But if you want to develop a skill, I suggest you just keep drawing until you finally get it. Seriously, you'll be surprised how better you'll get if you just keep at it. Nobody's born with it, y'know? Also, do anything to avoid using GoAnimate or other puppet things. Probably the worst thing you could do as an animator. And not all animation has to be "skillful" to be good. Take a lot at some of David Firth's stuff if you don't know what I mean.

What are you working on now? I might be interested if you make it a project.
I'm pretty sure you want it the other way around. If you're not good at animation, you want to learn from someone experienced. And someone experienced is not going to help beginners for no reason. So either pay them or help them on their projects.
