Terrorists, 9/11, economy, and the battle in the middle east
Justin Beaver will die in history, like those boy bands.
Facebook as one of few surviving internet threads from that decade.
Nothing else comes to mind.
My logic has a tendency of getting me getting stuck in the middle.

from 2000 to 2010, it was fucking shit, we were fucking idiots and barbarians back then, fucking backwards retard babies, a time I hope never to see again.
Having sex with idiots and barbarians may be crazy, but I think fucking retard babies is seriously illegal....
... it is illegal, right?

No clue.
There's basically just been a general trend of War, Terrorism, Economic Failure, and Political Douchebaggery since the turn of the century.
Just a few years can be impossible to predict.
Think about it: in 2001 the Congressional Budget Office predicted that we would have a 800 billion dollar surplus every year from 2009 to 2012. Instead we a 1.2 trillion dollar deficit.
But if I had to guess, lots of war threats and manufactured crisis.
And plenty more government scandals.
