Looking for volunteers

I have a very big ambitious project in plan making a zombie game that will be fun,challenging and has humor this is a first
project of mine and I have made a script about the story,gameplay and etc.I need Voice Actors, Programmers,animators and a one artist,they can all be in the level of solid and professionals and as a award if the game ends up being good and popular we will split the cash i hope i dont ask to much:)

No offense but this sounds incredibly silly.

You think you can lead a team of experienced people when you have never made a game before? A big, ambitious project? You are basically saying "Here's my idea. Make it happen."
If you want one of your ideas to become reality, you need to either have money to fund people to do it for you, or be the one doing a majority of the work, and without programming experience, or at least a lot of other stuff (design, art, animation, music, voice acting) to make up for that, your chances are pretty slim in finding anyone crazy enough to help you through the duration of the project.

I hate to rain on your parade but far too many people as yourself come up with delusions of grandeur that they never finish and barely start. My advice: You have to walk before you can run, and crawl before you can walk. Start small or you will only ever have ideas, never a finished product.

I would love to make music for you, but the above comment is right. How do we expect you to lead us when you have nothing to lead us with? I hear nothing about a kickstarter, nothing about how YOU are making it happen, just how you have an idea and you're asking other people to work for you for" possible" pay.

I have made the Concept for the game on Script and i need Animators,Programers to make it come true I em what I em if you dont like the way im Doing this Project ok.Thats my way i make the script they make the game based on it Easy peasy.

Do you really think its that simple?
Do you have any idea how easy it is to think of a "concept" for a game?
The difficult thing is how you make it. The programmers and designers do all the work while you are just taking all the credit :P. The comments below are correct. Start small then build urself up

I can understand the way you are thinking. But things normally are not as easy. For example: I have certain projects running right now. But i always wanted to see - next to the script - something solid existing to see so i can decide, if its worth to invest that much time for creating something and - at the same time - refuse another project. I dont think anyone wants to be offending, but if you are looking for "professional - skilled" people i dont think it will work that way. And i think the most of the talented guys arround here think that way. I also had lots of ideas for games and stuff. But i also know, that, if i wanted to realize my visions, there were 3 alternatives:
* Paying some people

* Just ask people who really know me well and also know they can trust me

* Create something solid to convince some guys out there, e.g. how your concept looks like, what it is about, how much work will be to do.

Also lots of people quit reading if they read the sentence: "If the game will be successful, we will share." Just wanted to give you an idea how people.

Dont get me wrong. If you have got a vision of a game, than its great. I dont know you so i dont know if your script could be good - maybe it is. But to convince people to work for you for free i would recommend to get a little bit more detailed.

Dont get me wrong. If you have got a vision of a game, than its great. I dont know you so i dont know if your script could be good - maybe it is. But to convince people to work for you for free i would recommend to get a little bit more detailed.

Getting talented

Ok here are the details The game is called FAT MAN VS ZOMBIES

-Story
The story has to do with a fat Gamer Jack Faty that maked lets play videos who is no life that spented most of his time playing video games and when he doesn,t plays video games he goes to eat at Mc Donalds but one day he meat a grlfriend an WOW servers she is could Jeesica and she almost changed his life but one day things changed a Zombie Apocalypse attacked the world and
they got cut of.Hes Mom and Dad Leaved the house but Jack Did,nt because he thought the Zombies are nothing more than
masked assholes that want 5 minutes of fame.Let alone with some food supplies(that he quickly eat) and boxes of shotgun shells Jack has nothing to left but go and fight for survival(and his very lazy)

Gameplay
Now the gameplay in the game you have 11 levels,13 different enemies and 5 bosses in the game Jack will meat other characters that have different abilities like Jack for instance Jack is very strong but not very fast and you will have to solve some mission in order to beat the stage you can also level up your character with each level up the character will increase his energy and stamina and there is also the item box where you will put things such as weapons,ammo and First Aid Kits
then there is the box power where you upgrade your speed, strength and weapons power you upgrade the speed and strength at the gyms and weapons in the workshop and you will buy weapons and first aid kits in the black market stores

I also made the entire script the game i hope thats

Just program or do the art yourself. If you don't do one of theses, I'm pretty sure you don't have the determinations it anyway.
