I just accept them. Personally I find it nice that someone has taken that tiny amount of time it takes to ask to be my NG friend. Why wouldn't I accept? I never understood the exact reason the friends system was implemented. It doesn't actually do anything besides give you some minor validation that someone knows you exist on Newgrounds, but I suppose that's reason enough for some people.
