How many of these fucking things do I have to deny?
Like, seriously, it's like everyone and their cousin wants to add me as their "friend", and I don't even know who the fuck they are. It reminds me of facebook, or myspace, or something.
Tell me, Newgrounders, do you frequently add people you barely know to your friendslist, just because you can? Do you add people you barely even fucking know just because you read a handful of their posts?

I'm curious how you guys feel about this.

I'm assuming they send them out in masses, I get tons from like '13 users that I've never even heard of, that don't even have user icons or anything. Same with stoners. Stoners seem to love the friend requests.

I have 13 requests as it stands. I just leave them hanging. If they want to be my friend they should talk to me first, otherwise I don't recognise them as being appropriate for my friends list.

Even people I collaborate with go to a list called "Colleagues" or something.

same here, it doesnt make a difference, isn't this site more about making friends and contacts and whatever more than gaming? don't accept anybody i dont know on facebook though, on there they're getting all your personal stuff, right down to the little things that irritate you and where you are if you sign into locations and shit, but on here fuck it, only personal things people get are your age and country of origin but nothing else, unless you decide yourself to give it to them
