Tonight is the last night of my thanksgiving vacation (or holiday, whatever)
I'm going to make it last.
When I pull all-nighters, I usually spring up when the sun rises and I'm full of energy.
Anybody want to join me?

Sorry, I have class at seven in the morning, I shouldn't pull an all nighter.

You should practice sleeping in class...

My history teacher is pretty cool with me sleeping in his class.
But it's probably just because I have an A in his class.

Do you know how frustrating it is to have severe insomnia and to see anything about "all nighters"
And I'm quoting that because it's a bullshit term, you call them all nighters I call them a medical issue that I have to live with

I do this stuff all the time in the summer, but not when school draws near.

I love catching that "second wind" in the morning after a sleepless night; how is it possible that that feeling is a thousand times more fulfilling and restful than a night, albeit a short one, of sleep?
It makes me want to stay awake forever.
Dreams will never take me again.

I hate all nighters. I always end up being really tired the next day.

Every night is an all-nighter for me. I've basically become nocturnal, though, so night is the new day.

I used to be like that. You get used to it. After the first day the the fatigue comes in waves. You'll feel awake again for a while before you go back to fighting off sleep. I just smoke weed if I want a quick revitalizing burst. Gives me the energy to go for another hour when I'm nodding off after 32 hours up.

I suffer with horrible insomnia, but I do see the appeal about "all nighters", if you have somewhere to go, and someone to spend said time with. That's just my take on it, though.

If I'd actually be able to spring up full of energy without sleep I'd be up all night all nights. :P Or at least every other night all night... I'll pass, currently trying to improve my sleeping habits.

I love that rush of energy in the morning, but the crash afterwards is the worst.

Nope, I have no idea how frustrating it is.
Hopefully there's some type of help for your medical issue.
All-nighter = another way of saying "I'm going to stay up during the time when I'm usually asleep for (insert reason).
I don't see how it's a bullshit term; it's pretty straight forward.

I have to take a variety of pills that knock me out; if my prescription runs out, I can't sleep, and it can take days for a prescription to get through, so that's days and days of not being able to go to sleep no matter how exhausted I am, and if it gets too bad my body (just like everyone else') completely shuts down.

No one gives a flying fuck
No one's going to stop talking about random subjects to please you because it's kind of related to a problem you have

Fucking cocktails, man.
But now I'm seeing a clearer picture.
