rl floating city vote

if there will be a real life floating city then would you say
1.WOW! just like a real life Dalaran! (World of Warcraft)
or
2. WOW! just like a real life columbia! (Bioshock Infinite)

You assume the city is in the sky. Even though its compared to WoW and Bioshock that could just be aestheticly. Could float a few feet from the ground and have plenty oxygen. Just sayin
