So chances that even with the huge number of people indulging themselves, you still have a shitload of leftovers.
Let's discuss post-Thanksgiving recipes to get rid of those scraps.
Saucy fork-and-knife open-face sandwiches are one option to use up gravy, meat, and potatoes. And they're tasty. Would recommend.

Just got done eating my lunch which consisted of cold turkey in between two slices of white bread and a piece of pumpkin pie.

I would stir fry all the meat scraps with leftover vegetables. Then cook them with rice to make a nice pot of pilaf. Decorate some pita. Then prepare some ice wine. Top notch dinner meal.

Omelettes are another great way for getting rid of scraps, not just on Thanksgiving but any time of year. Just about every meat, veggie, or cheese is good omelette material.

I heard Shepherdsshepherds pie pie is good way to use left overs. You csn also use leftover mashed potatoes I think.
