Poor people man.
Discuss.
For a good time, go to IMDABEST.CA
It's funny because those corporate giants raise prices on Black Friday, and say they are cutting prices so more people buy their crap.
It only makes sense, people.
This is a sig you dumbass.

I'm not much of a fan of Black Friday but that's not true at all; they drop prices significantly for Black Friday.
It isn't worth dying for (in extreme cases, of course) if that's what you're talking about.
Just... Why the hell would every shop in the US of bloody A cut their prices on the same exact fucking moment?
Are you shitting me? Whoever deemed that a good idea just deserves a neck shot.

You're nothing but a 2-bit scumbag
A textcee without boundaries.
They should've choosen a better name for it, so they can attract superstitious people.
You fool!
It's not about the bargains, it's about the conquest over your fellow man!
Black friday is the day where poor people can buy shit they dream of, but they're still stealing it, and many people get killed.
There's an innuendo somewhere in here.

It's cheap stuff, and before Christmas on top of that.
What's not to like? If you don't want to put up with the crowds, then go let somebody else take the bargains

I don't really do black Friday. I hate crowds. You seem to save lots, but you don't because you buy more
I should add a cool signature. But I won't.

Nah. They only drop it so they can laugh at all the stupid people falling for the trap.
...
200 bucks for a 45 inch screen TV? I think not.
There are many products that have been created specifically for Black Friday. The Lenovo here for $399 can only be found at Best Buy, and nowhere else.
That Scout is a Soldier!
It's called "Black Friday" because that's the day when stores get out of the red (debt) and into the the black (profit).
Black Friday:
Big ticket items get marked down from the prices they had been raised to all year, and you're paying just a little. It above the suggested retail price to get an outdated product!
It's our capitalist harvest festival! Wheeeeeeeeee! Square dance!
Well as far as I understand it, they have a few good deal on some chase items and that lures people into stores who then buy the other not so good "deals".
If you want to know the actual worth of a thing, just go on amazon.com and see how much they sell it as.
All over the net you will see tons of people selling the exact same items at the same prices but with different "marked down from" values.
You'll also see many places selling for much more than amazon.com so 30% off at those places is still above regular year-round amazon.com prices
"Black Friday" is not for poor people. It is for stupid people who have no self-control or common sense.

Nah.. last year I made off with a laptop we'd been looking at for a few months regularly 600 for 98 dollars, same specs, same brand, same everything. Also, same with the TV..40 inch 1080p for 100. There were only 15 in stock, and we were in the first 15 so that was hella nice and it looks beautiful in my room. New touch screen computer and huge tv for under 200 bucks? Yes please.
Selling blu-rays for 1.96? They don't have 2 dollar blue rays for sale every day...dems some savings.
You are correct on some things though, there is a trap in there...you assume that everything in the ad is probably on sale for less than its valued regularly, such as bulbs for our xmas tree.. we were scouting a 90 pack of bulbs a few weeks ago, 30 bucks for the set. Black friday madness, get those bulbs for only 30 dollars! What savings! Ohmygosh!
So its a matter of being smart poor people. Don't just be poor, walk into black friday, and throw your money at everything that says its saving you money... do some homework and figure out beforehand if what you're gonna go wait in line for is actually work waiting in line for.

I can't afford to shop on Black Friday :(
It's ironic how the day before everyone is thankful for their friends, family, health, etc. yet they turn into savages over a flatscreen.
