Stuffing is best with giblets, I never thought I'd like it, but it's pretty damn good. The turkey neck is good too

For me, it's a tie between green bean casserole, stuffing with turkey gravy (at least if it isn't cornbread stuffing, which is alright, but regular is way better) and mashed turnips with salt. I do love turkey and mashed potatoes with turkey gravy, though, and creamed onions are quite good. Sweet potatoes are alright, but I'd rather skip that to save room. And forget desserts. I just want the main course.
