Last night, I received some absolutely amazing news, and I was so happy that I shook uncontrollably for about 40 minutes, and my face lit up so red that it was actually a little painful.
Since then, I've been so happy so constantly that my heart is actually worn out, and it wont stop beating so fast. Is it possible that I'm so happy that my body can't handle it?
You'd think I'd love the fact that I've been the happiest I've been in my entire life for the last 12 hours, but it's starting to get really painful.

Be careful - the higher they climb, the harder they fall! Once I was very happy because of a great job offer from a scumbag scammer essentially pulling the long firm scam; few months down the line, no more job and no income.
Also I echo Tom's post, it's the internet, no-one can hear you brag

I think I've never been too happy, probably because I try to be a bit cynical about good news.

Anyone receiving really good news should always prepare for a disaster in their immediate future. The Universe has a way of balancing itself out, and bad news inevitably follows good news.

It just means you need a way to let it all out. Like, onto someone else via contact.

I don't think it's normal, that's why I'm worried
I have tons of pre-existing heart conditions, and it's been painful for almost an hour now, if it keeps up I'm gonna go to the ER
I don't really know what I'll tell them though, I'm pretty sure "Too happy" isn't something they get a lot

There is a gene that is located in over 80% of violent offenders that, combined with MAOA factors, that causes these offenders to commit violent acts and to be angry almost all the time.
Look up "warrior gene" and "murder gene" for more info.

Is it possible to be "too nervous"? I've had some cases where my stress level was so high that my heart was racing like hell. It was painful too.
Just chillin' like always.

Well, it's technically possible to be too "happy". In medieval times people were punished via goats who licked salt of their feet and caused them to literally laugh to their death. Anyhow, when you are aware of past heart problems and feel pain that bothers you then you should definitely go right now to the doctor. Congrats on the good news, though.
Without truth, there is no justice.

I think no usually anger will get your heart pumping fast and its bad for you and as for happiness its genuinely good, do you a have a heart condition may thatbe a problem then again I don't see happiness giving people heart problems.

Go to the bathroom and masturbate yourself. You will feel much better, sweetie.
Or you can just ask me to relieve you.

I'm pretty fucking sure there's more to your tachycardia than being happy, so no you're not "too happy".
You should get your heart checked.

I've had heart problems for years, mostly dangerously irregular heartbeats along with some other stuff
But I'm telling you dude, every time I even think about it I get light headed, blush really hard, can't resist smiling, and my entire body gets loaded with energy, it's not out of the question that maybe a constant river of dopamine in my brain could have affected my heart rate

What I was saying was, if getting excited and happy like that is enough to affect your heart to a dangerous level then there's obviously something wrong with your heart and therefore it doesn't make sense to blame the problem on being happy.
Of course your heart is beating faster but that obviously wouldn't be dangerous to a normal person.
