Here's some of today's games:
Jets @ Ravens
Steelers @ Browns
Vikings @ Packers
Panthers @ Dolphins
Bears @ Rams
Cowboys @ Giants
Broncos @ Patriots
Should be some good match ups. Not sure who I'm rooting for yet, though. Suggestions? What are you blokes hoping will happen today?

Whoever loses Steelers/Browns is done for the season. The Browns had a Cinderella story going there for a bit, but then Brian Hoyer got injured and he's done for the season. I bet he's starting QB next year though. The Browns losing him allowed the Bengals to rise to the top of an otherwise mediocre AFC North.
Packers/Vikings is the big rivalry game today. I still think the Packers will win, especially with the musical chairs QB scenario the Vikings have going on. But they're reeling without Rodgers. I don't see them clinching any division titles without him.

Outside of the Broncos-Patriots game I'm not too enthralled by the other matchups this week. There are some games between teams that remain surprisingly relevant, but no other really big matches between powerhouse teams.
The Broncos are half way through their tough stretch of the season (@SD, Chiefs, @Pats, @Chiefs), and are so far 2 wins from 2 without being really pushed. But the next two are by far the toughest two of the season. and injuries are really catching up now. Manning has been hobbled for weeks, and now Julius Thomas is doubtful, as well as Welker coming off a concussion. Add to that the fact we never win in New England and I don't predict the game going well later. Which will leave the trip to Arrowhead as a must win match to secure the AFC West and the No. 1 seed. Fingers crossed I'm wrong...
I wonder if the Giants will be able to keep their winning streak alive.
Can we just finally break the rules and post naked cheerleaders on here.

As an Eagles fan, I sure hope so

Sometimes, but it's been two years of teasing. Maybe more?
What is the connection between the National Football League and half naked babes?

I take it back- this week has been awesome so far. So many playoff hopefuls losing (or at least not winning like the Packers), while teams that looked dead and buried are suddenly right back in the mix (Ravens/Steelers/Chargers, maybe even the Rams).
Which will leave the trip to Arrowhead as a must win match to secure the AFC West and the No. 1 seed. Fingers crossed I'm wrong...
Seems I was wrong, and we haven't even played yet! I've never been so happy to see SD win. That puts the Broncos in a very strong position, as even a loss in KC will leave the Broncos ahead on divisional record should they end up on the same number of wins. I don't see the Broncos losing a home game against the Chargers, or in Oakland, while KC still have to go to SD. The Chiefs also still have to play the Colts. Suddenly the Broncos path to the AFC West crown looks much simpler.
What the hell was Cleveland thinking, sending Campbell out a second time? He was already reinjured. I know Weeden sucks and all, but you at least want him to TRY and get healthy for the next season, if not the rest of the season. Letting a guy get that banged up just shortens a football career.
So, Minnesota and Green Bay ended in a tie? Not exactly a satisfying end to a rivalry game, though it got very competitive near the end all of a sudden.
With Miami losing today, the AFC Wild Card race suddenly looks like more of a tossup, especially if they continue to slide and the other teams in the hunt (Pittsburgh/Cincinnati/Baltimore/etc.) suddenly begin winning more games.
Oh yeah! Steelers won! We still have a losing record but there's still 5 more games to turn that around.
Imagine the females as transgenders

I hope so, though Cruz's miscue didn't help us however.

I know the streak will end eventually but the Giants had chances to win but the mistakes they made killed it. Just hope they regroup but when you lsoe to the Cowchips, it's really painful, especially when the game happens to be winnable.

Pats Broncos, this is going to be good. We probably have another tie like the Packers Vikings game, heh.

I think New England is in for an unpleasant surprise now that they're playing a decent team. With a couple of exceptions, they've had an easy ride this year. I was impressed at how well they dismantled the Chiefs last week. But then again, a lot of the Chiefs' wins came against lightweights too.
It was never a question whether Peyton Manning was going to play tonight, but going down the stretch, a lot will depend on his health.
And the game goes to OT. Feel sorry for those who turned it off at halftime.

So far, they have held their own after spotting Denver 24 points in the first half, so if nothing else, they are as resilient as ever. I don't know how long that can last, but considering that the rest of the schedule is mostly cannon fodder, I know that they'll have something to say come playoff time, especially if they get the home-field advantage. {much good it did them last time.}
Then there's the inexplicable loss to the Jets, and that's been known as the kiss of death when you lose to them in the regular season.
Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.
Both teams kept making dumb mistakes during the Giants vs Cowboys game. It was painful to watch.
...
Wow, what a horrible day for football.

Moreso for us, Victor Cruz's fumble really killed us.
I couldn't fault the defense for the loss, what they did is the best one can hope for.

Argh @ second half of the Pats-Broncos game.
Such a nice point difference, then it was blown in nothing flat. :(

Boo. I got to see the good part of the game (where the Donkeys were 24-0) before I left work and came home where, alas, I have no television.

Disappointing, but not surprising. We just never win against the Pats, and especially not in New England. Promising that really we should have won though- suggests that maybe at Mile High the Broncos would pull it off. I can live with two defeats this season against division leaders on their own turf. Nobody has looked like winning in Denver, and hopefully the No 1 seed is still very much Denver's to lose.
Despite losing I still think yesterday was a good day for the Broncos as the Chiefs had a bad loss and some key injuries. Win in KC next week and Denver will win out to finish 14-2, of that I am confident.
WTF, Denver? When you're up 24-0, you need to seal the deal. Dumb things like that will get you knocked out of the playoffs. They are still in very good shape though, especially if the Chiefs players that are injured remain out for awhile. The Patriots are really the only AFC team they need to worry about, IMO.
The schedule is a bit of a concern though. The Patriots are playing a bunch of creampuffs for the remainder of the regular season. Denver has the (albeit weakened) Chiefs, the inconsistent Titans, a suddenly resurgent Chargers team, and the Raiders. I wouldn't write any of them off except the Texans.
NO NINERS, MAKE NO ATTEMPT TO EVER FUCKING THROW THE BALL! GOD FORBID WE ACTUALLY TRY TO GET SOME FUCKING YARDS HERE AND THERE!
I have lost all faith in the fourty niners this season. I would be a lot happier if they just forfeit the rest of the season so as to not waste my time.

49ers are fine. They're still up on the Redskins, 24-6, in the 4th quarter. They look like they have this game on lockdown. Calm down mate.

Yeah, after they started throwing the ball again.
