need inbetween animators for thesis

Hello everyone. this is kind of embarrasing to say, but I need help with my animation thesis i'm doing with 2 more friends at university. it is a 3 minute teaser episode of a sci fi series about a girl who works at an alien cafeteria. The language is spanish. and we are doing 2d animation (traditional, not cut-out assets) in toon boom animate software.

what we need is inbetween animators, since we are short on time and we were too ambitious with our project... we need help. we want to finish animation by december 3.
Since we are students we don't really have money to pay, but maybe you want to try the experience or the program.
Even a one second shot will help.

what we need you to have:
-a tablet with sensitivity
-good drawing skill
-some experience with 2d animation software and frame by frame animation
-toon boom animate pro 2 (we will provide)

Do inbetweens have to exactly flow into key poses, or is the animator allowed to redraw some of your key frames in order to make the animation smoother?

What would you think the average rate percentage would the in-between animator have to produce a week? 100-300 frames or so? would it just be inbetweens or coloring+shadowing too?

while an effort for improving the animation is welcome and shows passion and interest for animation, consider that will take more time to do than just doing the inbetween poses, and we have a due date.

just the inbetweens, we can paint and do shadows in after effects. and I calculated that we have to do 7 seconds a day.
however we are not demanding anyone to do that since it's a voluntary work.

at 12 drawings per second, for an inbetweener that would be like 5-6 drawings per second (it depends on the shot, some are not very animated ). that would be 5frames*7seconds = 35 drawings. per day 35 * 7 = 245 drawings per week. that's an optimistic number. sometimes you have to do less to do more.

That time however can be split if we get more people (2 people mean 3.5 seconds each)

December 3rd? Talk about time crunches. Two weeks for two minutes of inbetweens, not to mention the upcoming holiday.

I hope you can get it done, cause what you have finished is looking good, but wow it's a pretty late hour to be asking for help on your thesis film. Good luck, nonetheless.
