You can always browse by category and look at new songs or songs by popular artists. Might even find a new song or two you like.

I think OP was saying that he wanted to hear the original versions of remixed songs.
You won't find those on Newgrounds. The audio portal doesn't allow for uploads that have parts of the original songs in them. They have to be covers AFAIK.

There are plenty of us in the Audio Portal who make original music.
Here's a couple recommendations:
Advertising myself like a douchenozzle
I do a variety of genres, and I'm still trying to improve my quality as I move along. I don't put up music as often now as college has me loaded with work.
I have a couple remixes though...moving on.
He mainly does Metal music and Cinematic/Classical music. I highly recommend listening to his Cinematic album, Cuintha. Black Hole Syndrome is by far my favorite song of his.
He's pretty much our Industrial/EBM go-to guy. He also has an EP out, Rotting Humanity, and he's working on an album currently. He hasn't been active lately, though (he's doing vocals and production for an Industrial song I put together and I haven't heard from him in a while). My personal favorite of his is the unrefined, original version of Leviathan Networks.
If hardcore and gritty genres aren't your style, there's Waterflame
He mainly does Techno and VGM. A good number of his songs have been used in flash submissions on this site like one of the highest ranking on the site, Glorious Morning, heard in Age of War, and the sequel.
Like me, he works with a wide variety of genres, ranging from Techno to Trance to Metal to Classical, etc.
He has an EDM album out, Planet Pulse, and he has a Metal album out, The Box Volume 1: Dark City.
These are just a select few of original artists on here. I also recommend checking out the threads for the NGADM which is held every year - only original content (and only content made during the contest) is allowed, and a lot of good music is made in the process. Here's this year's threads:
Round 1 Results
Round 2 Results
Round 3 Results
Round 4 Results
Round 5 Results
Final Round Results (with winner, johnfn)
This is why the mainstream is shit - people are too lazy to look for good music.

Shit, did I just type all that for someone who thought we could easily get away with the shit people do on YouTube?
OP, everything on here is copyright friendly (and if not, it gets reported and removed). This is not YouTube.
I still suggest taking a look at the Audio Portal, OP - there's a lot of talent there...as well as mediocrity...but the mediocre stuff stays there so the listeners can review it and provide constructive criticism/feedback to help the artist improve his/her quality.

I've been listening to BigRed's rap battles as of late, and they're pretty awesome.
If I offer to help you in a post, PM me to get it. I often forget to revisit threads.
