So I just got this 3DS thing and a couple months of gamefly. I have both Animal Crossing New Leaf and the new Pokemon (Which are both great) but I would like some suggestions for good games on the rental. Plox Halp.

Luigi's Mansion 2
Zelda: A Link Between Worlds
Donkey Kong Country Returns if you don't have the Wii version
Mario Bros 2
Mario 3-D world
Resident Evil Revelations
Star Fox 64 3-D
Kid Icarus Uprising.
I have a feeling you don't look around the Nintendo section of your local game stores do you? These are like the best sellers.

Thank, and yeah, I have heard of most of em' and am planning on picking up some of them in the long run but since I don't know allot about the console and it's exclusives I was hoping that someone could fill me in on some that I haven't heard of.

Connect your 3ds to the internet to access the e-shop, their are a lot of good games on there and demos for many of the games listed above

Please, try and play some Sonic Generations. It's really different from the consoles/pc one, with all-new stages and bosses. Lots of fun!

I've tried the e-shop wanting to get some old games on the cheap side, but they were trying to sell me non-physical copies for the same if not more the real price. Growing up with steam, you can understand how this rustled my jim-jams, and it doesn't help that I'm a poor little baby either. I might get some old games for 5 dollars on there, but that's about it.

The 3DS library consists of a lot of okay games, so it's kind of hard to find really good ones. The first obvious place you could look to is Nintendo. Super Mario 3D Land is indeed one of the best games on the console and it utilizes the actual 3D well to enhance the levels rather than just have it there for the sake of it. Mario Kart 7 is also really good, (arguably better than 3D Land) having lots of cool tracks, power-ups, and an online mode that's actually full of activity.
A really good non-Nintendo game would probably be Super Street Fighter 4, which is basically Street Fighter 4 but portable, which for me tends to be a really good selling point if the original game in question is good, which it is.
A few mediocre games you should probably steer clear from would be Carnival Game: Wild West, Lego Lord Of The Rings, and The Amazing Spider Man (keep in mind, I'm only going off of what games I own). It's not that most of these games are really bad, but they fail to generate any sort of reaction from me outside of "eh, it was alright"
