I work out, but I have been getting a tad lazy lately. I got muscles but they aren't that impressive.
I run up and down a flight of stairs at least 50 times a day. I also hurdle a barricade I put up to keep the cats out of my part of the basement. They like to piss on me while I sleep. That counts in my book as working out.
I might have to start walking on my hands to get my gluts and pecks and stuff like that, ya know. Got to work the hole body, know what I mean.

Yep. Depends on the week too. Sometimes I'll do five days in a week, three days. Sometimes I'll do doubles. I mostly do ab workouts, some light lifting and running. I also ride my bike to the store or other destinations instead of taking the car.

I tend to go once or twice a week to the gym which really isn't enough considering I spend the rest of my time sat behind a computer usually.
I generally do gym, swim sauna which takes me around and hour and a half to two hours, sometimes I'll do weights or specific machines but generally it's cardio.
I train for bike racing. We.
Bike probably 5-7 times a week. 3-4 in the winters.
