No one ever mentioned beautiful games like Medieval 2: Total War, Pacific Storm, Supreme Ruler 2020, Hearts of Iron 2, Knights of Honor, Europa Universalis and much, much more. When I say "beautiful", I don't mean the graphics. All of the games I've mentioned are Grand Strategy games. Grand Strategy games are a type of RTS or TBS games that focus widely on economical improvement, diplomatic relations and military actions. Tell me, is this industry slowly but surely sliding into an enormous trash can entitled "forgotten"?

That's kinda what the entire RTS genre is doing.
(No, Starcraft to me is not an RTS. It is a MOBA (Ex. DOTA, LoL) RTS hybrid)
Total War is pretty cool for world management. I don't really play that type of RTS, I like CNC and COH.
But I still play HOI sometimes/
