Project needs a manager!

Ok, so, I'm part of a project that is desperately in need of organization. It has all the talent, but none of the members have a solid idea of where to proceed. (Members are an artist, animator, and a programmer).

So, the programmer has the idea of getting a manager: "a manager who would command everyone, and would know the exact technical pipeline of creating a game, so he would organize some kind of a work plan for us, manage who does what and who is responsible for what, and would be pretty much some kind of technical expert on game-making."

This guy does not really need to do any actual work, but if he/she would, that would be welcome. Hopefully, this manager would have already completed a couple of past projects. Lastly, the manager should be willing to dedicate a fair chunk of time into organizing this project.
