Wow. Yes, we should send people to concentration camps for having their own opinions and then using their right to free speech to share them with others. Aside from that I think if you actually watched the video provided or took five minutes to read it's description you might realize that this is satirical. I think the belief is that the wording is too vague and is open to interepreation. In fact, almost every court case using this has the basis invovles an interpretation of what it actually means.

Personally, I DO think the government has the right to limit it, as they have, and add stricter gun laws should they choose, but to completly take the right away is something they have no right to do at all.

In theory, the Bill of Rights CAN be amended; James Madison had actually tried to do something to them while in office (though, what exactly that was has been debated) but obviously, he never got around to them.
