Don't remember the name of the game

Hello people.
I don't If It's the right section but I've got a problem
You see a long time ago, I played a game and I wish to replay It. Problem is I can't find It.
I, however, can describe you the game :

The game is about a guy who work in a company, you start in the sewer and rise to be the ceo
There is a secret level called "hell"
It's an hop and bop game (maybe....)
The game is pixelated (retro modern syle)

That's all I remember. If you know the name, please tell, I will be thankfull
